Obverse: Saint John kneeling on a rock that rests in the water at proper right, holding a cup over Christ who is at proper left, holding his hands across his chest at center, with rays and a dove above; inscribed at edge "TDN JESTMOJ MILY SYN KTOREGOM SOBIEUPODOBAL", below, and in exergue.
Reverse: An eye in a triangle above; Inscribed above on banner "NA PAMIATKE/CHRZTU" and at center in script "Antoniemu/Erazmorvi Jorefovi/Michalczeuskiemu/od/Jadwigi Grzadkowskie/d.f Wircinia 1889". over a cross, heart, anchor, and palm leaves tied together.
