Obverse: Frontal bust of Christian IX, decorated with medals of honor; inscribed at edge and at proper right.

Reverse: Oil lamp at center with palm branch behind; inscribed in French at proper right.

Obverse: Inscribed at edge "CHRISTIAN·IX·KONGE·AF·DANMARK" and at proper right "TONY.SZIRMAI".
