The amber-colored plastic stem of this cocktail length cigarette holder is overlaid with a plastic slightly tapered cylinder that contains a spring that can be pushed down over part of the stem. The white plastic is painted mostly in black leaving a white oval painted in brown with a drawing of a town on a lake. Also decorating the black are seven stylized flowers that have been carved into the medium and filled with colored paint. At the bottom is painted “Bad Ischl.”
