Obverse: Profile bust of Clement X looking to proper left, wearing three-tiered tiara; inscribed at edge “CLEMENS·X·PON·MAX·A·III” and on bust “I·HAMARANVS·F·”.
Reverse: Semi-nude, bearded man shackled to rocks at proper right in a prison being nursed by A semi-nude female, Pero, standing at proper left nurses her semi-nude, bearded father who is shackled to rocks at proper right; inscribed above above on banner “·VIVIFICAT·ET·BEAT·” and into rock “H/1672”.
Obverse: Inscribed at edge "CLEMENS·X·PON·MAX·A·III" and on bust "I·HAMARANVS·F·".
Reverse: Inscribed above on banner "·VIVIFICAT·ET·BEAT·" and into rock "H/1672".
