DescriptionWhite flannel trimmed with bands of blue and red flannel and lines of blue and orange chain stitch. The neck opens in a V, in which is a vest of dark blue flannel trimmed with a band of red flannel and rows of feather stitching done with blue, orange and pink silk and metal thread. Trimmed with white fur and fastened with silver clasps.
