Inscriptions in Greek in front and around.
Reverse: Cult statue of Artemis of Perga within distyle temple. Within temple at left, star, at right, crescent. Flaming altar? on each side of statue. Snake in exergue.
Greek inscription around, in pediment, and on architrave.
