Obverse: Laureate, draped, cuirassed bust of Commodus to right.
Inscription in Greek.
Reverse: male figure (Pergamos?) stands at left holding statuette of Asklepios on extended right hand facing toward another male figure (Androklos?) who holds spear in left hand and statuette of Ephesian Artemis in right. Beneath statuettes, altar.
Inscriptions in Greek around and in exergue.
