Obverse: Laureate, draped, cuirassed bust of Commodus to right.
Inscription in Greek.
Reverse: Hephaistos sits at left, hammer in right hand working on helmet supported by column. He faces right toward standing Athena.
Inscriptions in Greek around and in exergue.
