Comic actor from Old or Middle Comedy-most likely playing a wandering slave loaded with a pack on his back and a basket in front– perhaps carrying goods from the market. Grinning face expresses noisy loquaciousness. The extended phallus and exaggereated facial expression attests to the grotesque character.
Remains of red on face: pupils of eyes painted black.
