DescriptionNaturalistic and semi-naturalistic flowers and fruits loosely placed, individually and on leafy branches, around a central blossom with a four lobed motif having lattice pattern filler designs. This is within a large roughly rectangular frame of feathered lines and blossoms; in each corner a floral grouping and a scalloped motif with similar lattice filling. Edge border of undulating lines with fruits and flowers; at the center point of each side is a heart-like motif, with lattice filling, surmounted by a floral spray. Polychrome wool yarns on a cream cotton ground. Many missing yarns; partially re-embroidered; some stains; edges turned under.
