DescriptionEmbroidered in Irish stitch (also called Florentine, bargello, Hungarian, or flame stitch) with shades of yellow, green, red, brown and ecru wool threads on linen canvas. Original colors may be seen along edges of the cover but the central area is badly faded and worn, and there are numerous holes. Canvas hemmed at back. Edges ragged.
