This articulated figural brooch features a cowboy with a hand-painted, yellow Moonglow Lucite face. He wears a red and blue shirt; wide, tan pants with a yellow stripe; and a large, brown hat. His jointed arms and legs, which move with the wearer’s movement, are accented with yellow and pink Moonglow Lucite. A plastic pinback with a metal pin stem is glued to the back of the brooch.

NOTE: This is part of a large collection of costume jewelry given to the MFA in 2018, which had been built over about 40 years.
