The circular vessel, formed from two pieces of seamed sheet, has flaring sides, a beaded rim, and a beaded bail handle. The sides are pierced and engraved overall with a geometric floral pattern. There is a large broken section in the piercing, and the blue glass liner is a replacement.

Inscription

Engraved on underside of the silver frame, "A.L.L. 1877".
