DescriptionThe back of this dish bears a ring of eight irregularly placed motifs: four closed crescents splashed with green, and four trilobed plant forms in blue. On the front, the rim shows a version of the Chinese rock and wave pattern, in black with blue and green inclusions. Separated by a double line from the rim, the cavetto and well are filled with an assymmetric bouquet of various flowers and leaves, in blue and a muddy, flat red.
