One from a set of eighteen shaped circular dinner plates, the rim with overlapping laurel and ovolo at intervals, the borders engraved with a coronet and Electoral bonnet, fourteen by Jean-Louis III Imlin and four by Jacques-Henri Alberti.


Maker's Mark: Alberti in a rectangle (Helft, 1099-1100). Maison Commune: 1772:a crowned V (Helft, 1100). Other: Reconnaissance, 1750-1789: a crowned 13 (He lft, 1082); a small rectangle; Countermark used after 1838: parts of insects (Rosenberg, 5929).
