DescriptionSmooth cream clay, painted with designs suggesting architecture: outlet by a perforation at one end. Holes through the solid base at each end. Cup like projections at each corner (two broken away), leopards on each side (one only complete). Similar tanks without animals or outlet have been found at Kerkuk (W. Persia). Also cf. type from Taxila, ASI. AR. 1924-25, XIII, 2, 31.
