DescriptionBowl sherd, ring base, sides expanding to high rounded shoulder, groove below overhanging rim, overpainted glaze with brown, green on yellow-brown and bands radiate toward rim, green glaze exterior, greenish-buff clay.
Provenance1934 or 1936, excavated at Rayy by the University Museum-M.F.A. Persian Expedition and assigned to the MFA as part of the division of excavated objects. (Accession Date: November 3, 2008)
