One of a pair of small shallow dishes. Partially chased with two rows of scallops or flutes with a scalloped edge which is slightly more rectangular than that of its pair.

Inscription

Engraved with AIF on the underneath.

Markings

Marks illegible, its pair is illustrated in Helft, plate XXXVIII. Other: Guarantee mark used after 1838 for medium sized works: a small boar's head (Tardy, p. 173).
