Made up from parts of two dresses. Upper half tabby-woven cotton, embroidered at front of neck and at cuffs with red and blue cottons in cross and flat stitches. Bodice cut square, with long, straight sleeves; small round neck, open almost to waist. Lower part of skirt made of tabby-woven linen, with cotton stripes embroidered at hem with red and green leaves of silk yarns. This section presumably earlier and attached to upper part. Faded and stained.
