DescriptionA dress in three parts, of sheer silk with groups of three narrow green vertical stripes repeated on white background; (a) bodice, wide flaring neck, sleeveless with ruching of white tulle held by bias band of dress fabric as sleeves, buttoned down center front with ornamental pleated panel over buttons, similar panel in center back, edges of pleats, panels, and neck binding trimmed with white silk fringe, narrow band of white tulle ruching with narrow green silk ribbon (b) skirt plain in front with fullness pleated at sides and gathered at center back, longer at back to form short train, bottom trimmed with bias folds of self material and white silk fringe; (c) matching belt with central bow of self material.
