These micromosaic earrings consist of two components The top part is circular and depicts a white flying dove holding an olive branch on a blue ground. There is a flat stip of metal border and a twisted wire around the middle of the side that goes around the earring. The mosaic is set from the back with a gold colored metal piece. Hanging from a loop is the lower part of the earring which is tear-dropped in shape. The micromosaic is also set from the back and depicts a flying beatle in green, red, black, grey, and gold in a white oval on the lower part of the element. Above, a white design surrounded by blue fills in the upper part. The setting of the lower component is similar to the round component above except that it has an ornate openwork decoration of metal filigree and balls surrounding the bezel. Five hollow metal balls hang from it.
