DescriptionWhite cotton field with a lattice design. Embroidered at either end is a bulbous motif that tapers at the top and curves to one side, repeating side by side; six in all. In five open rows over the field are similiar crosslike motives made of small oblong color areas. Bordered at either end by a zig-zag band. Red, yellow, green, blue and black floss silk yarns. Mounted on red silk. A protective piece of fabric attaches over the embroidery by snaps. Slightly worn; some repairs.
