DescriptionHeavy white cotton, on which are worked with red wool, and black and golden-brown silk borders of different widths, and three rectangular blocks; on two sides are orange, red, and black tassels, and across the bottom is fastened a fringe of white cotton, into which are knotted bunches of orange and red wool, and golden-brown silk. These pieces are worn as decorations on the tops of the sleeves of the womens' coats, not as flaps on their pockets as the donor thought.
