Evening dress of cream-colored bengaline. (a) Fitted bodice coming to deep point center front and back, laced down center back, wide flaring neckline, “V” in front, very full puffed short sleeves; on inner waistband of bodice woven label: “Worth, Paris.” (b) Skirt straight in front with deep pleat to each side of center front panel continuing almost to center back, center back left open, over back a wide full pleated train of the plain bengaline set into waistband; center front panel of skirt and front of bodice embroidered with clear glass beads, silver metal thread, (now tarnished), and sequins in floral design, neck trimmed with beaded chiffon ruffle, entire skirt, except for front panel embroidered with metal sequins in all-over dot design.
