Costumes

Pink beaded ball gown, 100% silk. Tube top bodice with sheer, maroon chiffon attachment containing 3/4 length sleeves and additional coverage. At the base of the neckline there is a small, teardrop peek-a-boo opening with a single maroon button acting as a fastener.
The bodice of the dress appears as a deep wine color, and is heavily embellished with plastic, wine-colored jewels, and sequins that range in size (sequins are fastened with wine-colored embroidery floss in an “X” ). Extending from the bodice, the wine color seamlessly fades to a hot pink, then to a pale pink, and then to an even paler shade of pink. Like the bodice of the dress, the rest of the dress is also embellished with sequins and beads, the color of the beads matches each shade of pink. There are many layers to this gown. The first layer is a non-colored chiffon with the beaded embellishments. The second layer is a lavender chiffon, and the third layer is a pale pink chiffon. Beneath the pale pink chiffon is a layer of metallic lavender silk, with hints of pink. The interior of the bodice includes an additional bodice, with boning for support, and a grosgrain strap at the waist for additional support. There is a hot pink invisible zipper extending from the center back to slightly below the waistline (at top of zipper is a small clasp).
