DescriptionOne of sixteen faience funerary necklaces found together, this necklace is composed of a string of faience cylinder beads with a large, blue-green faience menat amulet.
ProvenanceFrom el-Kurru, Ku 5 (tomb of Queen Qalhata). 1919: excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Sudan.
