DescriptionA large fan with leaf of cream colored silk, painted in polychrome with central medallion showing couple in 18th century landscape with floral garlands and implements of the chase flanking medallion, addittionally embroidered with gold and silver sequins, mother-of-pearl sticks carved, gilded, and set with cut steel dots; white silk tassel with four clear paste stones set into top of tassel, two clear paste stones in ring at end of fan; 52.1747 and 52.1748 together in glass topped wooden box.
