Description(now somewhat yellowed and very tender), with appliqué around edges and extending in part into center of fan, leaf of black machine made lace embroidered with black sequins in delicate flowering stem design, black scalloped sequins powdered over background, ivory sticks with inlay of black dots, silver colored ring at end.
