DescriptionObverse: goddess Ceres reclining center holding sickle and torch, surrounding figures bringing corn as offering. Reverse: mythological scene of six goddesses and cupid on clouds. Gilt scrollwork and decorative motifs as sides and borders, narrow gilt band at top. Carved mother-of-pearl sticks heavily ornamented with gilt-silver scrollwork, dancing scene center blades, gold foil backing on guards. Stylized gilt ring. Condition: leaf splitting, very bad condition.
