Standing to attention, his hands close to his sides, wearing a green-braided yellow jacket, pointed white collar with tassels, small black cape with iron-red lining over his shoulders, long yellow trousers with green borders, black shoes, on his head a yellow cap and over this a high, cone-shaped hat with broad brim, edged in iron-red, the domed white base with applied colored flowers and white tree-stump.
