This gold-plated sterling silver figural brooch features a flower vendor with a basket of flowers on her arm, in the act of offering a bunch of flowers. The flower girl is wearing a hat with a scalloped edge and a fretwork dress with a rhinestone-studded skirt which appears to be blowing in the wind. Around her neck hangs a green rhinestone pendant. Her flowers are made of pink, green, and blue rhinestones.
