Fragment broken in two – number is written on sherd but spans both pieces. Of four fragments (two fitting) of bowl, very smooth decoration painted brown on outside.
From Mirgissa, surface debris of cemetery on Take Island. 1931: excavated by the Harvard University-Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Sudan.
