Fragment of man’s court robe (jifu) woven with silk and gold thread made of gilded paper. The ground is dark blue, covered by a net-work enclosing open flowers, on this is a dragon front face surrounded by clouds, bats, flowers and symbols. The colors of the design are greens, blues, white, black, yellows, red, gray, and gold. Pieced.
