Warp of linen; ground of red wool; design consists of a man sitting on a semi-circular branch that stems from a tree (?); animals framed by circular branches, marine creatures (?) and indistinguishable objects are above and below the man. The border encloses a scroll motif with lotus-like motifs on both sides. Woven with light and dark blue, green, pink, yellow, red, and slate-colored wool, and natural-colored linen. The weft in the circular pendent is torn. Design shows Byzantine influence.
