Fragment. Part of a tapestry band, applied to undyed linen tabby-woven ground. The design shows two haloed human figures separated by a narrow border, woven in shades of green, blue, pink and yellow on a red ground. Narrow borders showing small multi-colored rectangles. Much stained; linen browned.
