DescriptionFragment. Undyed linen tabby-woven ground with inwoven tapestry ornament. Tapestry wefts of violet wool and undyed linen. An eight-pointed star decorated with a vine bearing large grape leaves. Holes; stains. An image of an eight-pointed star is depicted on the tablecloth of an alter in San Vitale, Ravenna (6th century)
