DescriptionFragment of a scene depicting seated figures of man and wife with offerings and a long inscription. It is beautifully cut. This fragment shows the offerings, mostly bread. Red and yellow paint remain. It is done in raised relief. It is in two fragments.
ProvenanceFrom Egypt, Giza. 1912: excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Egypt.
