DescriptionThis stela fragment shows parts of three worshippers, including the upper half of a woman, the back of a man and the hand of a third person. Traces of black, red, and yellow paint are preserved. There is an inscription at the top.
ProvenanceProbably from Thebes (and excavated by Mr. Theodore M. Davis); 1949: purchased by the MFA from Mr. Daniel W. Jones whose father worked with Davis at Thebes.*
