Brass and crystal. Plain center stem, top cup has pendant drops, slightly above embossed band to which are attached glass “feathers.” Next flange is rayed with u-curved “feathers” and arched long drops of wide glass beads between narrow metal bands and small beads on outer dge. Within, a bracket with pendants and a cut bowl above wide metal rays over gas pipes, joined at tips with pierced vertical band of metal in concave sections. Each point has three brass candle branches with gas fittings, pendants and crystal bead garlands from sockets, band and tip of stem with ring for large glass ball.
