Seated Buddha Shakyaminu flanked by two disciples and making the bhumisparsha mudra (earth-touching gesture). Image also contains narrative scenes from the Buddha's life proceeding in a clockwise direction, and culminating in the Buddha's parinirvana in the upper-left.
