Gift cover (fukusa) made from mid 18th century robe (kosode) fragment in the central panel with design of fishing net, torii and cloud design embroidered in green, reddish-orange, brown and white silk with stenciled gold leaf birds and accents on a brown plain-weave silk ground; border of light blue plain-weave silk with gold braid and orange, purple and white ribbon, added in the 19th century.
