This redward jar has a globular body with a round base. Ther upper body narrows slightly, but abruptly to a straight neck, creating small shoulders of sorts. The rim is straight and unworked and has exhibits some blackening.
From Kerma, Cemetery S, grave X-7. 1914: excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of the Sudan.
