DescriptionA chasuble front; white cotton twill ground embroidered with brilliant polychrome wools in chain stitch; central panel framed with flowering vine of large-scale serpentine stem bearing peony, rose, lotus (?), butterflies and flowers over ground, border design of stylized blossoms; a number of small worn spots in embroidery.
