DescriptionVery fine silky white linen, worked with white cotton and laid-work, and eyelet-work. The design consists of groups of open, four-petaled flowers placed at intervals along the sides and connected by two lines of eyelets, between which are rows of groups of dots and eyelets with two seed-like forms. The edge is finished with three lobed scallops. Across one corner are the letters H.S.E. Torn and mended.
