DescriptionThe front of the head is preserved, being split off vertically just behind the ears. Otherwise, the condition is excellent. The surface is highly polished and in perfect preservation, except for minor injuries to some of the locks over the forehead.
ProvenanceFrom Rome, said (by Iandolo through Richard Norton) to have been found "at excavations of the Baths of Caracalla."
