DescriptionThe corded red silk ground is woven with narrow strips of gold. The design of rows of conventional flowers joined by curving stems and forming ogival frameworks, is woven with gold thread. Much of the metal is worn off leaving the yellow silk foundation. Trimmed with silver gilt, and lined with yellowish white linen.
