Infant’s cap of fine white linen, made of one piece, with center of cap crown and band up center back of bobbin lace, fullness of cap crown gathered and smocked into central roundel, the linen of cap divided into horizontal bands of varying width by lines of drawn work on linen bands, a variety of embroidered patterns including eyelets and dots, sprigs, and minute floral arrangement; minute linen tape drawstrings on face edge at top of forehead and in back.
