Obverse: Pair of women standing at center; woman at proper left in european armor and woman at proper right in Asian costume and unveiling an Asian setting at proper right; inscribed above "JAPAN-BRITISH EXHIBITION·LONDON·1910", below "R*563712/VAUGHTONS LTD F.GB.", and in exergue "SHEPHERDS.BUSH".

Reverse: Man in European armor standing at proper left and a man in Asian armor standing at proper right, both supporting a central wreath with a cityscape in its center; inscribed above on banderola "COMMERCE PEACE", at proper left "&n R[ ]563712", at proper right "VAUGHTONS BIRM", and below "SILVER MEDAL".
