DescriptionIncised redware jar with a crude foot; roughly shaped; broad-shoulder and high neck. Incised with diamonds and triangles at neck base and body. Shape perhaps in imitation of Egyptian wheel-made pottery. Heavy exposure damage to one side, limestone deposits; wear and burn discoloration at one side of rim.
