Tsuji banzuke published to promote the kabuki drama "Yoniutou azuma dairi" at the Kawarazaki Theater (Edo) from the 22nd day of the 6th lunar month of Tenpô 13 (1842). The playbill also advertises the dance drama, "Yae kikyô uchigusa no hana ginu", which was a gohenka or 'rapid costume change' piece performed to Naga-uta and Tokiwazu-style musical accompaniment. Published by Ogawa Hansuke.

[1] Much of Bigelow's collection of Asian art was formed during his residence in Japan between 1882 and 1889, although he also made acquisitions in Europe and the United States. Bigelow deposited many of these objects at the MFA in 1890 before donating them to the Museum's collection at later dates.
